Agreement to Terms
By using the services of GoldStar Pittsburg Concrete, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you hire us for any concrete work. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Services We Provide
We provide professional concrete services for residential and commercial properties in Pittsburg, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalks, stamped concrete, slabs, foundations, repairs, and retaining walls. We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that does not meet our quality standards or safety requirements.
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates and quotes we provide are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may change if your project requirements change or if material costs increase. We will notify you of any price changes before we start work. A deposit may be required before we begin your project.
Payment Terms
We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to start work and final payment upon completion. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to pause work until payment is made.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. However, weather conditions, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions may affect the completion date. We will keep you informed of any delays and work diligently to complete your project as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. All our concrete installations come with a workmanship warranty. The specific terms and duration of your warranty will be outlined in your project contract. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural disasters, or ground movement beyond our control.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear access to the work area and that all necessary permits are obtained before we start work. You must also provide accurate information about underground utilities and any site conditions that may affect the project. If you make changes to the work area after completion, it may void your warranty.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
Limitation of Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provided. We are not responsible for indirect damages or consequential losses that may occur as a result of our work. We will always work to resolve any issues that arise in a fair and professional manner.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms whenever you use our services. Your continued use of our services after any changes means you accept the new terms.
